Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026. This policy explains how we process personal data on getemlak.com, getemlak.com/degerle, and getemlak.com/app.

Data controller

GetEmlak (“we”) is the data controller. Contact: contact@getemlak.com or the contact form.

What we collect

  • Free valuation (/degerle): name, email, address, property details, and your consent.
  • Pro account & payment: account data and usage quotas; payments via Stripe — card data is not stored on our servers.
  • Contact form: name, email, company, message.
  • Cookies & analytics: Google Analytics (IP anonymised) only if you accept cookies.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type, error logs (security and reliability).

Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6 / KVKK)

  • Contract / request fulfilment: generating valuation reports, Pro platform services.
  • Consent: free valuation form consent, analytics cookies, optional marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime).
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement (limited when analytics is declined).
  • Legal obligation: tax and accounting records for payments.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Analytics cookies are off by default (Google Consent Mode v2). Accepting the site cookie banner enables Google Analytics; declining keeps only essential session cookies. Your choice is stored in the browser.

Processors

  • Google Analytics — usage statistics (after consent).
  • Stripe — Pro package payments.
  • Postmark — verification codes, report notifications, optional marketing.
  • Google Maps — address suggestions.
  • Google Cloud — hosting (Europe region).

We do not sell data or share it with ad networks for profiling.

Retention

  • Free valuation records: up to 24 months after delivery.
  • Pro accounts: while active + 3 years.
  • Analytics: Google default (14 months).
  • Contact form: 24 months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. KVKK requests: contact@getemlak.com. EEA residents may also contact their supervisory authority.

International transfers

Some providers (Google, Stripe, Postmark) may process data outside Türkiye/EEA under standard contractual clauses and compliance programmes.

Changes

We update this page when the policy changes. Material updates may be announced on the site.
